Jill Foley Torres, Psy.D., is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in both clinical and forensic services. Dr. Torres received her undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology from Xavier University in 1996, and earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology in 2000. Throughout her career, Dr. Torres has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving underserved populations and minority groups, providing both therapeutic interventions and comprehensive evaluations. Her expertise in immigration evaluations has been recognized through published works and professional awards.

Dr. Torres is distinguished by her warm, approachable, and authentic demeanor, complemented by exceptional clinical judgment and diagnostic acumen. She possesses extensive experience in psychotherapy, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal connection in her practice. As a forensic examiner, Dr. Torres utilizes a rigorous, unbiased, and scientifically grounded approach. She is licensed to practice in Texas as well as in states participating in the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), enabling her to provide telehealth services across multiple jurisdictions.
